The Good vs the Bad
Text in a good design has clear text, good information, and the text is not interrupted by the background. Also a good design has a good navigation, a good navigation consists of easy to understand bars and buttons and non-obtrusive frames. In addition these things, a good has to have some type of graphics. Preferably buttons that are clear to understand, graphics should be user browser safe, and also animated graphics that turn off by theirself. Some general things a blog should contain are pages that can be quickly downloaded, pages fit 800x600 pixel setting. Some things you want avoid for your background are: default gray color and busy or distracting background templates. You should not have large graphics because they often take too long to load. Random graphics that have no meaning should not be present in the blog. In order to make my blog better, I plan to make the background a bit more visual.
