Four Slides
I learned how to start off a PowerPoint. You use the larger text place holder for your title and any subtitle items go in the small text placeholder. Most people upt things like thier name, school, date, etc. in the small text placeholder. Also I learned how to use the insert function in order to put photos, clip arts, videos, and other graphics onto my slide. The power point Los helps keep people interested during lectures, that is why it is important to have good relating graphics, clear text, and a background that is not too distracting. Most professional power points has a maximum of two graphics per slide. I also learned how to place a border around the text place holder, which makes my word look as if it is in a 2d box. One of the first thing you learn when reading the instructions on using power point is that there are 27 different power point formats. I also learned how to print multiple slides on the same page, you have to click print and then select handouts. Also, it is wise to use the status bar because it provides easy access menu commands which makes user interface very easy. Today when listening to mrs. Nguyens review I learned that PowerPoint is save in ppt format. We also went over how to get a picture of all.your slides together. You have to click slide sorter and then press print screen in order to copy the picture of your screen into your clipboard. Then you go to paint and press Ctrl + V and this will paste the picture into paint where you are allowed to crop or edit the picture to your liking. You then need to save the picture as a JPEG by clicking save as and clicking JPEG in the drop down menu. And then save it. Then you go to your blog and open up a post. You click the image button, browse(find your picture where you saved it) and then press "add selected". These are just a few of the things I learned about PowerPoint.
